Andrew leads the company’s overall strategy, growth, and support across its multi-state platform of interventional pain practices. He partners closely with physicians and clinical leaders to scale the organization responsibly, strengthen operational excellence, and ensure patient-centered care remains at the core of the business.

Prior to Resolve, Andrew served as Chief Operating Officer of Imagen Dental Partners, one of the nation’s fastest-growing Dental Partnership Organizations. As part of Imagen’s founding team, Andrew led acquisitions, integrations, and operations from inception to 120 practices in 15 states. He spearheaded initiatives to enhance practice performance, and cultivated a culture of accountability, innovation, and partnership. Andrew also built close relationships with doctors to facilitate clinician engagement and growth.

Prior to Imagen, Andrew served in senior executive leadership roles at Young Innovations, a private equity backed dental platform, on the investment team at Linden Capital Partners, one of the country’s largest dedicated healthcare private equity firms, and on the investment banking team at Barclays.

Andrew is a proud alum of Howard University and resides in Atlanta. Outside of work, Andrew enjoys spending time with his two kids, cooking, reading and traveling.
